——Record Otto for the development of Hailaite quality training

On April 22, 2017, Autotech conducted a one-day quality development training for the 2016 outstanding employees and all employees of Hailite to Beijing Huairou Huanghuacheng Water Great Wall.

The event was organized around the theme of “Run! Team”. The trainer first performed a series of cheerful activities to warm up, create a team atmosphere and build a foundation of mutual trust. Then, under the guidance of the trainer, all the staff were divided into four teams, and they competed in activities such as “finger plate”, “Ming song and dance”, “water intake”, “wrecking and escaping” and “order flop”.

In the “water intake” project, the team members strongly felt that the trust and solidarity between the players is an indispensable factor for success. When “flip flopping in order”, communication and communication between players is the key to completing tasks quickly. The members of the 'Shipwreck Escape' encourage each other and challenge themselves.

The four teams have their own merits. During the event, the team members' sense of innovation is constantly being stimulated. It is also felt that the realization of the team's goals requires everyone to play a role. Individual success must be based on the joint efforts and support of team members.
